We source apple juice from select apple suppliers which after fermentation in our small batch farmhouse cidery produces a flavorful dry apple cider.  After we age and condition the cider, we add select juices producing the mildly sweet flavored ciders such as Tart Cherry, Peach, Blueberry and more to come!  Our primary ” Mother Cider” carries the nomenclature AC 2D =  Apple Cider lightly carbonated dry – Note – no additional sugars or juice or anything added – She is the virgin Mother Cider- Perfection!
